No Return Policy

At Neolee Rehab Supply Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality medical equipment and exceptional service. To maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our products, we have established the following "No Return Policy" for all purchases: 

  1. All Sales Are Final: Once a medical equipment purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. 

  1. Product Inspection: We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their purchased medical equipment upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage or defects, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will address any such issues in accordance with our Warranty Policy. 

  1. Hygiene and Safety Considerations: In the interest of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of any medical equipment that has been used, opened, or removed from its original packaging. This policy is in place to ensure that all customers receive medical equipment that has not been in contact with other individuals and is in pristine, sterile condition. 

  1. Warranty Coverage: Our medical equipment may come with a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will work with you to provide a repair or replacement as determined by the terms of the warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details. 

  1. Cancellation Exception: The only exception to our "No Return Policy" is when a cancellation request is made before the purchased item has left our warehouse for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, and if successful, your refund (minus outstanding fees i.e bank charges, transaction fees) will be issued within 7 working days.
